Legal & transparency
Privacy Policy
MyDosePro is independently operated from Denmark by an individual, not as a registered company. Lourdes Antomattei is the designated legal and privacy contact for MyDosePro. Privacy and data-rights requests can be submitted through our Legal & Privacy Contact form. You can browse medication information without creating an account.
Information collected and stored
You can browse without an account. Optional accounts use an email address and authentication records through Supabase. An optional display name can be entered, but is not required. Weight measurements, medication choices, dose labels, goals, and reminder settings entered into the progress tracker are saved in local browser storage on your own device and are not intentionally sent to MyDosePro's servers. They are not synchronized between devices. The Legal & Privacy Contact form collects the name, email, inquiry category and message you provide in a restricted Supabase inbox. Do not send medical or insurance information in messages. Previously synced progress records may remain in restricted legacy database tables while removal is completed.
Technical information and providers
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and may handle IP addresses, request logs, device details and browser data needed for delivery and security. Supabase provides our public medicine database and restricted contact-message storage. Their processing and storage locations may differ, and information may be transferred outside your country subject to applicable safeguards.
Why we process information
We process account emails and optional display names to provide account access; contact information to respond to requests; and technical information to operate and secure the service. Progress tracking functions locally in the browser. The appropriate legal basis depends on the activity and applicable law. Legacy health data, if any, remains subject to privacy protections and applicable rights requests.
Sharing and retention
We do not publicly display contact submissions. Authorized operator access and essential infrastructure providers may process them. We retain authentication and optional profile records while your account is active unless deletion is requested or retention is required by law. Local progress remains on your device until you clear it or the browser removes it. Our operational retention target is to review and delete ordinary resolved contact messages within 12 months of resolution, unless a legal obligation or active dispute requires longer. Privacy and deletion requests are handled through the contact form. We do not use contact submissions to create individual medical profiles. You can clear locally stored progress in the tracker. This does not delete your login account or previously synchronized records. To request deletion of your login account or contact messages, use our privacy contact form. Withdrawal does not reverse earlier lawful processing or automatically erase browser storage on other devices.
Device-only tracking
Progress is stored in your browser, not automatically synchronized with your account. Anyone with access to your browser profile or device may be able to see locally stored progress. Clearing browser storage may permanently erase it. You can export your records in the tracker. Contact us through the privacy form to request deletion of any legacy remotely stored records or of your account.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Browsing medicines does not require an account. Signing in uses Supabase session storage; the progress tracker stores your information in browser local storage. Hosting and security technologies may use necessary browser storage. We will update this policy and provide required choices before adding non-essential tracking, personalized advertising or commercial data-sharing. Your browser settings may allow you to control storage.
Your rights and contact
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data and may have rights to object, complain to a supervisory authority, or request portability. We will review requests and may need to verify your identity before acting.

Changes
We may revise this notice if services, processing activities or legal obligations change. Material updates will be reflected here.
Updated October 18, 2026. This notice describes the current account and progress features; independent legal review is still necessary, particularly for special-category health data, retention periods and operator-contact disclosures.
